3 Day Return Product Policy

At Massie's, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our 3-Day Return Product Policy outlines the process and conditions for returning or exchanging eligible items purchased through our online store.

1. Return Window

  • Timeframe: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 3 DAYS from the date of delivery of purchased product. Please email: massieantiques@gmail.com or text 479-244-5535 with the reason for the return.

2. Eligible Products

  • Condition: Items must be in their original condition, and packaging. (If a box appears damaged please take photos of box before opening package.)

3. Return Process​​

  • Online Returns:

    2. Package the item securely in its original packaging.

    3. Ship the item to PO BOX 1320 Fairfield Bay, Arkansas 72088 using a trackable carrier. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

  • Processing Time: Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Refund and Exchange Options

  • Refunds: Eligible returns will be refunded to the original payment method, excluding original shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error).

  • Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, we’ll ship the replacement item at no additional shipping cost, provided the item is in stock. If the replacement item is more expensive, you’ll be charged the difference.

  • Store Credit: At your request, we can issue store credit instead of a refund, valid for use within 6 weeks.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If an item arrives damaged (Photo the box before opening if package appears damaged), or incorrect, contact us within 3 business days. We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label and process a refund/exchange/credit upon receipt and inspection of the item.

  • Please include photos of the issue when contacting us to expedite the process.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Downloadable digital products.

  • Items altered, used, or damaged by the customer after receipt.

  • Items on payment plans are not refundable or returnable.

  • Product Shopping: If we find that a purchaser of an item is trying to sell an item or items in the 3 day return period then request a return after failing to do so. They will be denied a refund and be banned from future purchases from Massie's Antiques.​

  • All Items purchased through the website are subject to sales tax, If a buyer wants to return an item due having to pay sales tax the request will be denied.

7.  Sales Tax

•  All items purchased through our website are subject to applicable sales tax, as required by state and local regulations.

•  The sales tax rate is based on the shipping address provided at checkout and will be clearly displayed in your order total before you complete your purchase.

•  We ensure full transparency by including all applicable taxes in the final price shown at checkout, so you know exactly what to expect. If you want to return an item due having to pay sales tax your request will be denied.

Massie's Antiques reserves the right to update this return policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, with the effective date updated accordingly.
